Our infoManager solutions for project management and team collaboration offer you opportunities to cost effectively and efficiently leverage your resources to:

With infoManager being hosted in a UK based datacentre you don’t need to worry about investment in expensive new IT deployments or about employing in-house IT support staff.

One installation of infoManager can support a number of projects and our hosted software solutions can additionally be branded with your corporate identity

Modules

infoManager offers the following modules:

  • Calendar with day, week, month and year views.
  • Companies with configurable categories such as client, consultants, contractors, etc.
  • Contacts list.
  • Files and folders linkable to tasks and projects. Check out and check in documents for version control.
  • Forums for discussions.
  • History for trace and auditability.
  • Links to external resources and documents.
  • Projects with related tasks, gantt chart, task logs and links to related files, etc.
  • Project Designer with expanded project layout.
  • Reports including resource utilisation.
  • Resources e.g. equipment, venues, etc.
  • Smartsearch including advanced searches.
  • Tasks with dependencies, resources allocated and task logs with timer for time recording.
  • User administration.
  • System administration.

Modules to be used in any setup can be selected through the system administration utilities.

Access Control and Security

Access only to users with account user name and password.  Access Control Lists (ACL) are available to set user group permissions or alternatively permissions can be set for each user individually.

Administration

The administration backend can be used to configure the system including:

  • appearance, currencies and time zones.
  • default user preferences including automatic email notifications to task assignees and contacts, and to project owners and contacts.
  • administration of modules.
  • system lookup values e.g. lists of items to appear in drop down menus.
  • custom database fields.
  • billing codes.

Please note that for security reasons and the avoidance of abuse certain features of infoManager have been disabled in the demo e.g. demo users are not permitted to upload files and have no access to the system administratoin module.

We offer a fully hosted and administered solution (“Full Service”) from only €185/month* where we administer the users and system on your behalf or a hosted only solution (“Hosting Only”) from only €95/month  where you administer users and the system.
